Consultation with Schools
Prajna provides evaluations and recommendations for both beginning and existing programs in the areas of Human Development, Ethics, Service Learning, Community Service, and Social Justice. Our consultations are geared to the needs of each client and typically last from one to several days. Many schools couple diagnosis with a faculty department retreat or workshop focusing on methodology, curriculum integration, or creating common language and implementation within a given department or the larger school culture itself.
Consultation with Non-Profits
Prajna consults with community-based organizations to provide cultural analysis and program evaluations. Each consultation is developed specifically around the organization’s needs and often includes site visits, interviews with staff and/or volunteers, and half-day to two-day retreats. Areas of focus include creating a common mission and statement of purpose, conducting team building exercises, establishing more effective staff or board dynamics, implementing new programmatic directions, and addressing current challenges or conflicts within an organization. Our consultations typically result in a list of recommendations and possible next steps for the organization. |
